What's in Traxsy 1.2.
Core tracking is free. Pen Split, Maintenance Mode and Custom schedule are part of Traxsy Pro, an optional in-app purchase.
Log
Dose log
Medicine, dose, date and time, injection site, pain level and notes, on a weekly or daily schedule.
Injection-site rotation
A grid of injection sites records where you injected and suggests the next one. Always follow your medicine's Instructions for Use.
Side effects & wellbeing
Score nausea, fatigue and appetite, plus mood, energy and digestion, on a simple scale.
Weight & body measurements
Weight, BMI and progress toward your goal, plus measurements such as waist, hips and chest.
Food & water
Calories, protein and water for the day.
Notes
Anything you want to remember for your next appointment.
Review
Estimated medication level
A curve calculated from the doses you log and FDA label data. It's an estimate, not a blood level: don't use it to decide when or how much to take.
Results by dose
Weight change over time, with each stretch of the line coloured by the dose you were on.

Calculations explain how they work and link to their sources, such as FDA labels and the CDC for BMI.

From your first dose to a clear record.
Set it up once, then log as you go. Traxsy keeps every entry in order, so you can look back at any week.
Pick your medication
Choose Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Trulicity®, Victoza® or Saxenda®, and set a weekly or daily schedule. With Traxsy Pro, you can log doses on a custom schedule your prescriber set.
Log your first shot
Record the dose, injection site, time, pain level and any notes. Set a reminder for your dose day and time; your iPhone delivers it.
Track weight, food & side effects
Log your weight, calories, protein and water, and score side effects such as nausea, fatigue and appetite on a simple scale.
Review your progress
See your weight over time coloured by dose, your estimated medication level and your injection history. Export a CSV of your injections or a JSON backup whenever you need it.

Estimates show where they come from: FDA labels for medication levels, the CDC for BMI.
Authorised Traxsy staff can view account records through an internal support tool when needed to help you or run the service.
Traxsy is a tracking tool. It doesn't give medical advice or recommend doses.
On your iPhone
Everything you log is stored in the app, protected by iOS data protection. Body measurements, water and mood scores stay on the phone only.
Our backend
Doses, weight, daily metrics and your profile sync to our backend, hosted by Supabase, so they can be restored. Our hosting provider encrypts them in transit and at rest.
Sign-in & purchases
Apple or Google see your sign-in only if you choose them. Purchases go through Apple's App Store.
